- Our rates range from $165 to $205 depending on the season.
Rates per room are shown with that individual rooms description.
- Rates are based on Double Occupancy and include a full country breakfast and evening refreshments.
- Extra adult (ages 16 and up) $50 per night. Extra child (ages 9-15) $25 per night.
- Maximum number in any room is 3 people
- All rates are subject to VT Room & Meals Tax
- There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends and holidays and a three-night minimum stay on some holiday weekends.
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX accepted.
- Upon making your reservation, a one nights deposit will be charged to your credit card to hold your room.
- We welcome well behaved children ages 9 and up
- The owners do have a dog and cat on the property but no guest pets are allowed.
Cancellations:
All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. If you have to cancel all or part of your reservation, your deposit is refundable with a 14 day written/email notice. If you cancel within 14 days of your reservation, you will be refunded only if we are able to rebook the room for the nights you reserved. This cancellation policy is still in effect during inclement weather.
