- Winter Rates range from $140 to $215. Please call for summer and fall rates.
- Rates per room are shown with that individual room description.
- Rates are based on Double Occupancy and include a full country breakfast.
- Extra adult (ages 16 and up) $50 per night. Extra child (ages 9-15) $25 per night.
- Maximum number in any room is 3 people
- All rates are subject to VT Room & Meals Tax
- NO minimum stay requirements, except during peak weekends in September and October.
- Visa, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX accepted.
- Upon making your reservation, a one nights deposit will be charged to your credit card to hold your room.
- We welcome well behaved children ages 9 and up
- The owners do have a dog and cat on the property but no guest pets are allowed.
- Check-in: 3:30. Early check-in by advance notice only.
Cancellations:
All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. If you have to cancel all or part of your reservation, your deposit is refundable with a 14 day written/email notice. If you cancel within 14 days of your reservation, you will be refunded only if we are able to rebook the room for the nights you reserved. This cancellation policy is still in effect during inclement weather.
